A: It’s totally up to you, you can choose to create an account or simply checkout as a guest.

A: For the time being we only accept PayPal.
Q: CAN I CHANGE MY MIND OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
A: Once your order is submitted, we create an 8 hour window so you can make any amendments prior to dispatch. Please email to email@example.com within 8 hours of submitting your order.
Q: CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ON THE PHONE?
A: Unfortunately not. All orders need to be placed on our website.

- All products will be checked before shipment.
- Product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in original condition for replacement without postal labels.
- If the product is damaged by customer, Obeado will not afford the return postage.
