Q: DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
A: It’s totally up to you, you can choose to create an account or simply checkout as a guest.

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
A: For the time being we only accept PayPal.

Q: CAN I CHANGE MY MIND OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
A: Once your order is submitted, we create an 8 hour window so you can make any amendments prior to dispatch. Please email to obeado2011@hotmail.com within 8 hours of submitting your order.

Q: CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ON THE PHONE?
A: Unfortunately not. All orders need to be placed on our website.

RETURN POLICY

  • All products will be checked before shipment.
  • Product must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in original condition for replacement without postal labels.
  • If the product is damaged by customer, Obeado will not afford the return postage.

RETURNS PROCESS

Step 1: Please email to obeado2011@hotmail.com and state the following

Order Number
Item code
Please state if you require an EXCHANGE or REFUND
Reason: Size was wrong / Wrong colour/ Not what i was expecting / Faulty Item (please include images) etc.

Step 2: Someone from Obeado will reply with a Returns label and Return Number, please affix this to the outside of your package.

Step 3: Please ensure to send your package with tracking service, we are not responsible for lost packages.
